Don't make the same mistake like I did and cut your finger. I was opening the knives, taking them out of the plastic wrap and the knife cut through the plastic and into my finger. They're EXTREMELY sharp, will cut anything, even soft tomatoes that usually mush when cut. The set has everything you need, a set of knives, scissors AND a knife sharpener. Make sure you don't put them in the dishwasher because, not only will the stainless steel eventually corrode, but the handles can start getting cracks as well.
