I honestly don't understand some of the reviews. It is a very nice and high quality thermos. Some people here grumble about pouring over the cap. Well, unless one is a complete klutz, it goes beautifully and it doesn't leak anywhere else: -)
It's great at holding temperature. Even after 4 hours, the drink is still hot.
The pouring cap works great.
I use the lid as a potpourri all the time.

It seals very well.
For me, the advantage is the classic screw plug, no malfunctioning push button valves.
A cup in the form of a lid is an advantage.

does what it's supposed to do, keeps drinks hot or cold
compared to squeeze caps, it has to be loosened by turning and this can no longer be done in one hand
