During the third use, the bottom of the container got stuck in the machine due to the cheap plastic deforming; when I tried to unscrew it, it fell apart, spilling its entire contents over the motor unit and the kitchen counter. From that point on, the blades could not be removed from the machine, rendering it unusable.

The noise level, but it's nothing terrible. Normal for a blender.

Poor quality control.
When my wife used it for the first time, everything that could go wrong, did - the plastic ring on the glass blender jar was fitted incorrectly (I assume from the factory), which meant that after blending, only the glass jar came loose, not the base.
Watch out for the plastic ring on the glass container.

The blender is fine, but after a year and a half I am buying a second replacement plastic ring that is breaking. At least you can buy a spare.
