I rate the perfectly made rice very highly, even when it's been waiting for X hours on the "keep warm" setting. Whether cooked in water or broth. Yes, it takes a long time, but if I wanted to make rice this well by hand, it would also take me 30+ minutes and a lot of trial and error to get a consistent result. In the 1.6L one, I haven't yet dared to make the recommended maximum of 4 scoops of rice; 3 scoops come to about 2cm below the rim. I've also tried making buckwheat on the rice setting, and that was great too. It makes good porridge (I'm not a fan of porridge). The steam function is a bit worse; you need to get the amount of water at the bottom just right, otherwise the vegetables get mushy. It makes an okay soup. If it's the type where 'I have a ready-made broth and just throw everything in together', then it's great. The delayed start always begins at 4 hours, so if I want to delay it by half an hour, I have to click through/hold for the full 24 hours. On the other hand, it automatically switches to the warming mode, and when I get home, I simply have a hot meal ready. It beeps loudly every time you touch a button, as if the neighbours need to hear it too. Fortunately, the LED isn't the type that 'will light up your entire room'. The signal for when the food is ready on a delayed start can be used as an alarm clock – you really can't miss it, even two rooms away. The pot is once again Teflon, just under a different trade name, so it probably won't last long and is no better than Teflon. You still always have to soak it; if you delay even for a moment when serving the food, the rice will stick to the hot pot. If the cooker didn't shriek and the pot wasn't Teflon, it would probably be the best appliance I have at home.

So far I've tried rice and soup, and it all came out great, but I have one major criticism: where is the information on the max fill level for soup? The manual says "add 500g of meat and 1.5L of water", but there's no way that's right, that's the full volume of the pot and it would overflow and probably get damaged. After searching online, I found that the maximum level is the line marked for porridge. And where are the instructions for partially dismantling the lid and the seal, which can be cleaned after cooking? It cooks well, but the manufacturer really needs to work on the instructions.
Small, compact, doesn't get in the way on the table.
The manual is an absolute misery.
