Please note that there is a plastic reducer for the Brita flow valve in the Brita kettle, which has a differently made neck on the original filter. I didn't notice it at first and the water didn't flow out of the filter.

If all the water is not filtered and is in a filter container and you want to pour, it will flow in a different way than filtered and you will definitely spill.
