I'm happy, then again, you're always excited about a new appliance in the house. So far it seems idiot-proof and well-made (not some flimsy piece of tat). Time will tell if the excitement is justified. I don't even know how to descale/clean it yet. I don't know how to do it with tablets, the previous model was cleaned with a solution poured into the water tank. But I enjoy figuring out new gadgets, I'll give it some attention :) After all, it's just a matter of getting used to it.

Compared to my previous coffee machine, where the water tank was on the side and simply pulled out towards you, I'll have to get used to the different placement, but I'll manage, it's not a negative. Even though I have the coffee machine on the worktop under the cupboards, the water tank can be handled easily without any space restrictions.
to empty the coffee grounds you have to open the coffee machine, I hope this won't affect the appliance's lifespan
