The device is simple to use, the menu is in Czech, so even my grandmother can handle it. The milk hose is almost maintenance-free, compared to coffee machines that have their own milk container. I really like the way maintenance is handled - the machine can be opened from the front and the residue container and drip tray can be easily removed. The water pours out of it perfectly, it doesn't leak sideways anywhere, I had a problem with that with my previous coffee machine. We have the coffee maker very close to the wall underneath the lower cabinet, so I was worried about handling the water container, but you really only have to lift it up a little and then it can be removed to the side.
