The lights are constantly changing colors (not one, they light up several at the same time) and there is nothing to set it up, or it wouldn' t be supplied, it just plugs into the USB TV. Luckily I don' t have it in my living room or I would have returned it. Classic China, but I didn' t read that in the product. If it wasn' t the way it arrived, it' s otherwise a really nice table, it just looks like a kid built it - luckily no one else in my room will see it. and I don' t need the lights, I have other ones, for the TV, but I won' t give them
