I can't imagine not having them. Perfect for running or cycling but I primarily use them at work when I have a paired cell phone and ntb. If someone calls your mobile phone or the team, the headset cleverly switches to the source of the call. I can listen to music without disturbing anyone else in the office, I can make calls without having to block my hands by holding the phone. However, they have already found use for me when driving a vehicle that did not have an audio connection from the phone via BT.
With longer hair, you can hardly see
The sound is great considering the technology (but you can't compare to earbuds or over-the-head headphones)
Ability to pair multiple devices
Convenient
Battery life
If you turn the volume up to max, the bass disappears but this is due to the limit of the technology

Really great hands free, great for podcasts, a disaster for music. Which is probably due to the concept of the headphones (not the poor quality of the product - if there was something to compare it with), but then it should be made clear in some way in marketing. This way, anyone can get an unpleasant surprise.
great stamina
serves very well as hands free to the phone - microphones in my case capture much better than Air Pods Pro or similar headphones
pleasant material, ergonomics
ideal e.g. to listen to the spoken word in an environment where you don't want to be cut off from the surrounding environment
more socially acceptable than plugged ears
it's hard to hear in louder noise; in the subway, I suppose, unusable
Sound quality for listening to music totally off - it amazes me how little it is accentuated; it's not really for enjoying music - at most a quiet background in a quiet environment
the price is not exactly low

after briefly trying the Shokz OpenRun and Shokz OpenRun Pro, I can't see any difference in reproduction between them. Pro version has a hard case and faster charging
no loss of contact with your surroundings thanks to headphones
in noisier environments, "audibility" is significantly impaired. when a car drives by, it makes it harder to hear. unusable on the subway
a little tinny sound

Excellent headphones for outdoor sports in quieter locations (cycling, skating, running, walking, etc. ) or home exercises (weight training, yoga, etc. ), because sweat is not a problem. They are not primarily intended for quality music listening, but for listening to the spoken word they are quite sufficient. They are not best suited for travelling as listening is disturbed by ambient noise. Although it states a certain degree of waterproofness that makes it sweat-proof, I cancelled the previous model in the shower, so I don't recommend it there.
Open design so you can hear the surroundings (passing vehicles) when playing sports
This model can connect to two devices at once (e.g. mobile and PC)
Very lightweight
Thanks to a certain degree of waterproofness underneath does not matter
Open design so you can hear your surroundings when you're on the move (traffic noise)
Insufficient for quality music listening (but that's not their purpose)

If you want comfortable headphones that don't block out ambient sounds, don't fall out, don't press on or close your ear, and don't expect perfect sound, this is a fine choice. In noisy environments, noises from outside will drown out the headphones, but on the train or subway they are practically unusable. Ideal for podcasts or music as a background to work, sports, cooking, cleaning. They will not fit everyone optimally. I recommend trying it, I would buy a 2 cm smaller version next time. Exactly where your headphones fit will make a very big difference in volume. My boyfriend has a beard, which is a problem for this technology (at least he doesn't take it off me all the time: p ).
decent sound, ideal for background music or spoken word, however, this technology is not yet up to quality music listening
comfort, you practically don't know you have the headphones on
you can hear your surroundings with almost no restrictions
decent battery life and fast charging
ideal for office, sports, walking
ambient noise drowns out the music, you can't hear anything in noisier environments - I don't recommend it for public transport, trains, for example
the case is quite bulky, not ideal for a handbag

Unfortunately, I'm returning the headphones. I've been looking for a way to safely listen to music while cycling but this isn't a very good solution, the enjoyment of the music is so weak that it comes out similar to not listening to anything. I first tried a cheap variant of the bone conduction headphones from Niceboy, I didn't expect much from it, but I was still disappointed. The sound was very bad, tinny. No bass, very weak volume, sound is unpleasant at maximum value. For calls, audiobooks, podcasts, etc. would probably be fine, but it's useless for music. I was then intrigued by this model from Shokz because the manufacturer claims to have amplified the bass in the headphones. Bone conduction technology is not able to reproduce bass well (the response is from 20 Hz, but frequencies below 100 Hz will not reach your brain from these headphones), so this model is supposedly bone conduction technology combined with something that resembles classic speakers, so the headphones have air grilles compared to the previous model, but unfortunately reduce the resistance to dust and water (only IP55). So I thought that the sound of these headphones might be completely different than the cheap Niceboy variant. Unfortunately, disappointment came again. Although the sound quality is much better, the headphones could probably be used for music where bass is not important. Still unusable for electronic music, or anything where you want at least a little bass. When trying to reproduce bass, the headphones just vibrate on the cheekbones, which is not very pleasant and you don't hear any real sound of the lower frequencies from it. The overall volume is again weak, easily drowned out by ambient sounds - on a bike, which I think is the main use of such headphones, the sound is easily lost in the wind noise once you go a bit faster. I thought headphones might be the solution for music on the bike, but much better sound in the result you get from a small portable speaker (I compared with the old JBL charge 3, listening from a distance of 1 m) and sound completely different without having to wear something on my head. Apparently even 'pocket' speakers would play them. So if you're looking for a way to listen to music on the bike, I don't recommend bone conduction headphones, you'll get more enjoyment from a small speaker, which will disturb the surroundings a bit, but unless you're riding on very busy trails and keeping it too loud, no one around you will hear much and you'll still get much better sound than from these headphones. On the other hand, if you want to listen to audiobooks/podcasts/phone calls, these headphones are great, they are very comfortable. But on a bike you will still have the problem of wind/environmental noise drowning out.
Comfortable, you almost don't feel them on your head
Very weak to no bass, even though it is supposedly amplified on this model compared to previous OpenRuns.
Water/dust protection only 5/5. I have strong doubts that they are able to withstand long rain and prolonged clogging with sweat and dust, which is inevitable with sports headphones.
The overall volume is low, easily drowned out by ambient noise when cycling, even by the wind itself at higher speeds. When running OK, but you might as well wear normal headphones.

Good sound.
Multipoint Bluetooth is great.
Microphone also suitable for confcalls.
The charging cable has USB-A πŸ™„ on one end and its own connector on the other. πŸ™„ Wrong is both.
It does not have a microphone mute button/function.
A little pressure around the ears.
The Astronomy Prize.
