Probably a good product, but not for exterior blinds, which are widespread in the UK. After testing, I return and have to go to the more expensive competitors that have an operation mode venetian blinds (our most widespread slats with tilting slats)
He can probably control the blinds well
Not suitable for outdoor blinds
He cannot set the angle of rotation of the slats correctly when making blinds
Shelly' s Support Forum is overwhelmed with requests to support venetian blinds, no response
It only supports down-stop-up. If you want to go from the pulled-out state to the retracted state but with the slats open, this is impossible. He can only run down and close the slats. Then you have to take the second step and open e. g. at 4%. Due to another point, this procedure cannot be used on taller windows.
Unable to control movement in 0.1% increments, only 1%. This makes it impossible for the blinds to move gently for tilting.
Error button mode short press-run to the end position, long press movement to release (it does not go the other way around) Shelly 2.5 simply can not use the long press button.
It does not know the operation mode at all, only the blinds.

Easy installation.
It'll fit under the switch just fine.
Once you manage to connect Shelly to the network, it works reliably. You can control blinds or lights from anywhere in the world.
Possibility to program time switching and different conditions in the application.
Can be controlled not only in the app, but also in the web interface.
The control application is cumbersome.
Not suitable for cardiac patients as adding it to the network is very complicated and you could collapse in annoyance. Set aside a good chunk of time for this, be patient and keep your nerve. I was able to connect it to the network after many attempts, and I followed the video instructions exactly. I've connected several switches this way. It was hell.

Easy installation under the switch in the existing box
I use it to control outdoor blinds
Existing drivers continue to work even if there is an internet/WiFi outage
Using Homebridge (my case) or alternative firmware works seamlessly with Apple HomeKit
The ability to choose the behaviour of the existing mechanical controller - I have a 1/0+1/0 shift where I had to hold the button all the time. After setting it up in the app, just press once and the blind opens/closes by itself.
Some pieces (I have 9 of them) started working properly only after rebooting to default settings and uploading new firmware
