The size is really just right under one back, you can' t stuff your legs there without shifting, also the stinginess of the stingers is a bit different - there is no wow release effect, it just massages and stings. For me, the ideal acupressure pad in terms of price/workmanship ratio. It looks very nice, I appreciate the linen surface and the filling of the pad with coir. Cheaper competitors fill the pad with foam and sag more. The competition with similar quality material is again incredibly overpriced. The cushion has a softer filling see photo.
Plus it can be packed in the handy bag that was included, a nice surprise.
I got the product as a gift, so I can't evaluate the long term effect yet, but I tried it and the spikes are felt enough: )
