Misery. Two-thirds of the connecting parts arrived damaged. The complaint was accepted, BUT. Only the cost of the goods was refunded. I haven’t seen the money for the transport, I might add. If I’d known the product would arrive damaged, I wouldn’t have spent a single penny on delivery. Alza’s actions therefore caused me financial loss. This has a direct impact on potential future purchases. Is it really worth a hundred to them!?
