I'm very happy with this microwave; I'd definitely buy it again. It has countless functions, making it possible to cook almost anything in it. It took me a while to get to grips with the various functions, but if you’re the technical type, you’ll manage it without any trouble in the end. For that reason, I probably wouldn’t buy this model for my elderly parents, but I’m very happy with it myself. I have to say I’m impressed by the range of preset programmes for all the things people most commonly do in a microwave – popcorn, defrosting, frozen pizza, chips, and so on. Once you learn how to set the microwave up properly, it works a treat. The food is always cooked to perfection. The convection oven function allows you to set the temperature and cooking time directly, so you can follow the exact instructions on the frozen food packaging – this ensures that nothing burns or remains undercooked. The defrost function is brilliant too; it defrosts food really evenly, unlike our previous microwave, which always ended up cooking one half of the chicken whilst the other half was still frozen: D
