I’d had a few pairs of headphones on before, but this takes it to a whole new level. For example, the sound quality of the Sony 1000XM6 is in a different league to the Momentum 5 – the Momentum 5 are a cut above. As for comfort, it’s the same story: I noticed it straight away with the XM6 and it bothered me, but here it’s brilliant. I’ve seen loads of reviews, and after tweaking the EQ, I’m on a par with the HDB630! I recommend it to everyone.

Quite a disappointment. Technical support just forwards some generic form. And that's only after you send them the invoice and the model (which was already filled in on their website). As someone here mentioned about glasses - it's a fact that it might not be about them, but about the fit of the headphones. As soon as they're not sitting in the right place - I guess some sensor inside - the modes start switching, probably turning off ANC etc. as well. The call quality was abysmal, I had to pick up my phone. The sound itself is excellent, the case is small, and they stay on my head better than my old Sony ones.
