The vacuum cleaner did not even last a year, during normal handling the entire bottom vacuum surface broke off from the rod, in addition, the rotary brush and light stopped working. My parents had this exact same vacuum cleaner and also their rotary brush and light stopped working after about 8 months after purchase, so it won't be quite right. Despite this, Alza did not acknowledge our claim, although I read in the reviews here that several customers have had the same thing happen to them. I am disappointed, I will definitely not buy another vacuum cleaner through Alza!
