Within a year 2x the same complaint and the second one was thrown away. During normal use, the vacuum head breaks off at the joint. According to Alza service, it is mechanical damage and not covered by warranty. If you want to throw money away, buy it.

In most cases, breakage of the floor nozzle at the joint occurs because the nozzle remains stuck under the furniture during vacuuming and excessive force is exerted to pull it out, resulting in mechanical damage to the nozzle joint. After 4 months, the battery lasted about 5 to 10 minutes after a full charge. The complaint was resolved after exactly 30 days by replacing the goods. The new vacuum cleaner did not start at all after charging, even though the lights indicated a full charge. Advertised again. I do not recommend this product.
The inner wheel that carries the pick-up brush fell out and it stopped spinning. Now the vacuum cleaner is in complaint for the third time. Each time returned, as repaired, paid the deductible and repaired just as badly. The only solution was another complaint. Seven days out of thirty are left and he is supposedly fixed again, but that is the end of communication and we still don't have the vacuum cleaner. It's been over four months in total. So far the worst experience of anything I've ever bought on alza. I enclose how the wheel was repaired by the experts in the authorized service. He then managed to vacuum one cycle before the next complaint.
