Big disappointment. I didn't expect it to be a shot, but I was surprised by such a bad result. I didn't want to buy a multi-function robot with a bunch of junk again, just a robot with what I'll use to make it more focused and better quality. And unfortunately, I'm disappointed. I'll see what lasts and next time I'll go for pro machines. And I know what to look out for.
Nice colour
The biggest disappointment - the brooms do not fit to the bottom and sides. What sticks to the walls and bottom at the beginning does not mix anymore (e.g. whipped butter, sugar solution. ). In order for the broom to reach at least the bottom, the arm with the broom must be pressed with the hand.
When you want to add ingredients in places when starting up, this is a problem as the whisks have a protective cover that takes up most of the bowl opening
If you put a protective lid on the machine, you won't add anything when mixing is on, as the opening is covered by the whisk guard.
Watch out for the flexi broom. The rubber squeegee is attached with millimetre rubber beaks. On the 4th batter, the rubber broke off. I'm going to complain, but I reckon I won't smile. And it was because of the flexi broom that I bought a new robot.
The tipping arm lifts a little. If you leave the whisk in the machine, the bowl has to tilt enough to get it out.
I get a pretty nasty crunch in the gear changes (the first time I upshifted - it went away). But now with every shutdown. I will ask the service department if this is normal - it doesn't look normal to me.
The revs are slow even at maximum. (Compared to my 10 year old multifunction robot. )
I'm totally afraid to use a bread dough hook.
