It's fine for grinding small amounts of softer ingredients, otherwise it's more for anger. Overall dissatisfaction.
Compact, plenty of accessories
Very weak engine (power)
All plastic
It tends to roll over during grinding
When pressed against the ground ingredients, everything gives the impression that it will break

It fits beautifully back into the box when you go to return it
It makes such a racket that even the neighbours next door know when you're about to grate something
The plastic attachment mount doesn't look like it will last very long

Small, but powerful enough.
On first use of the new product, I couldn't get the interchangeable grater off. I thought I'd call the service centre and a very helpful employee told me that when customers occasionally come in with this problem, he uses combination pliers. I used combination pliers and it worked.
