I can conscientiously state that the product sucks. If you want to give your mess a steam bath then this product is a great choice, but don't count on it being able to be used for cleaning.
Either you take a rag and scrub the grease for 10 seconds or you steam the grease for 5 minutes and then take the rag and scrub it for 10 seconds.

It's a steam cleaner
Others complain about the "start" button. Does it hurt your hand? It gave me a headache. Wrongly chosen stop-resistant plastic bent and broke and instead of the button I now have a scratchy half button. That's not a win.
