Very disappointed. The description says stainless steel. Unfortunately I didn't read further down where it says that it's not a stainless steel insert at all but a non-stick one, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. In addition, the product packaging had already been opened. My guess it was returned by a previous purchaser because it isn't stainless, like the description in the title says it is. :(
