The Sencor SRC 330 is a well-equipped alarm clock at a reasonable price. It handles its main functions – ceiling projection and reliable excitation – perfectly. If you can get to grips with the slightly fiddly setup process using the manual, and you don’t plan to use it to listen to the radio as your main audio system, you’ll be very happy with it.
High-quality projection: Projecting the time onto the ceiling works brilliantly. The option to rotate the display by 180° means you’ll be able to see the time the right way up, no matter which way your alarm clock is facing. Brightness control: The display offers 3 backlight levels. At night, it can be dimmed to the lowest setting so that it doesn’t dazzle unnecessarily or disturb your sleep. Weekend schedule: The alarm clock can be programmed to let you sleep in at the weekend and to wake you up automatically only on weekdays. Useful extras: Information on the current room temperature and date, displayed directly on the main panel. Stability: The design has a well-balanced centre of gravity, so it won’t tip over when you’re fumbling for the snooze button in the morning
More complex controls: Due to the large number of functions and the limited number of buttons, the initial setup of the time and alarm is rather unintuitive. You’ll probably need to read the user manual.
