The maximum time setting for the manual program is 2 hours. If it could be adjusted more, it would be an ideal slow cooker. Unfortunately, I didn't figure it out until 2 months later when I decided to do something slow. Like, it's manageable, but every two hours you have to adjust. that's sad. Shame on you Sencore! Manual setting, which is limited. Especially since I can yogurt for 10 hours.
