It will heat up fairly quickly, but it won't process the foil right away. I have to insert the foil at least one more time for proper lamination.
When I need to laminate a quarter - a regular one with a low weight, I have to push around the quarter with my fingers so that the film catches and sticks. Size wise it's great, no big thunderclap, cord is sufficient too, but would like it to heat to more degrees and roll the foil slower.
