I was looking for an internet radio for the purpose of listening to soundtracks in the evening, ideally with a remote control for control from bed without having to stretch. For these purposes, a perfectly fine radio. The design fits into any interior, the control is really simple and agile (no delay from pressing the button, etc. ) and a Czech menu, which is usually not available with cheaper radios. The cool thing about internet radio is the preset station selections (e.g. country, classical music, soundtracks, instrumental music, rock, even "lullabies". ), and then in the next step you have the option to select a specific country. The only drawback I find really bland EQ. Virtually indistinguishable difference between the options (jazz/rock etc. ). But I also have a portable radio in a similar price range and unfortunately this is quite common with cheaper radios. A lot depends on the input sound quality, and this is generally worse with radio than with MP3 or other music formats. So this is probably not a disadvantage that is exclusive to this model. Moreover, the radio itself has good and balanced sound, and as I wrote, for my evening listening needs or "background" music at work, I wouldn't use these presets anyway. Another and probably the last thing is that even if you put the option to have the display completely off (off) in radio off mode, it will light up again after a while. Only at the lowest intensity, which is not very disturbing even in complete darkness, but I still don't really understand this setting. 4,5 stars I can't give, so I give 5.
