The appliance dispenses ice poorly, the dispenser gets stuck and the ice remains on the dispenser instead of falling into the basket. It also often gets stuck and stops making ice, even though it has water and the basket is half-empty. The manufacturer won't accept my complaint, so I'll take it as a lesson for next time… I won't be buying from them ever again.
