Bought for summer for mixing your own ice cream, the controls are easy and intuitive, one recipe is offered for each program. We tried gelato and sorbet, all recipes want 12H in the freezer so you need to plan ahead. Both ice creams were made according to the instructions, stirred twice and still there was a well of unmixed mixture at the bottom. After stirring, the sorbet had a great consistency, the gelato needed to be stirred in. We then stored both ice creams in cups, I recommend transferring to a better container for easier removal of the ice cream.
