Hello, thank you for your feedback. Our supplier has contacted us in response and would like to reply below. "Hello, thank you for your review. The feeling of lower heating performance might be influenced by the size of the room being heated, the ambient temperature, or the selected power level. Fan heaters are primarily designed for quickly heating smaller spaces, and their effectiveness can vary depending on the conditions of use. Kind regards, Sencor." Should you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you and have a nice day, Ondřej - Alza Expert
