The scooter is brand new. I don't know if this is grounds for a complaint, but the charger gets incredibly hot, you can't even hold it in your hand, and the mobile app shows the status as 100 percent, but the charger light is still red.
The Sencor X20 is an absolutely perfect machine, I have to say I am really excited about this scooter, I would love to ride it all the time and everywhere. I have to say that compared to my old Sencor scooter one, it is super comfortable and stable to ride, so there is no need to be afraid to ride on the road when a car is driving by. TOP price / performance ratio, definitely recommend to everyone!

the wheels are massive so I believe they will hopefully last

the battery doesn't last very long - I have 97Kg and it can go max 15km on sport mode
no loop for locking the lock, if you wrap the lock around the frame it will scrape the front fender (probably cheaper plastic)
the front light is built into the tube, so if you put the crash bar on the wheels to transport the lock, it will overshadow it
The new app is too brief. golden old Sencor scooter, where one learned everything
The range is supposed to be 30? 🤣 the journey was 10,5km and I walked back 🤣 I normally use it for shorter distances so the price/performance ratio is good. It's stable, acceleration is smooth
