"Hello, as stated in the instruction manual, the recommended maximum motor run time is 2 minutes. The reason for this time limitation is that the engine gets to a very high speed and warms up. This is a common physical property of high-revving engines. For safe operation, it is therefore essential to allow the motor to cool down after two minutes and then continue mixing.
