"Hello, as stated in the instruction manual, the recommended maximum motor run time is 2 minutes. The reason for this time limitation is that the engine gets to a very high speed and warms up. This is a common physical property of high-revving engines. For safe operation, it is therefore essential to allow the motor to cool down after two minutes and then continue mixing. After two minutes it is necessary to let the appliance cool down and then the raw materials can be further processed. This is a safety precaution as no smoothie blender motor is equipped with cooling. When removing the container from the motor section, it is essential to pay attention to the direction of rotation to avoid unscrewing the knife section.
