I have a Sony ZX 2, which is a mobile with a rounded back and hence is slightly thicker than the dimensions given. I think it's 1.2 centimeters. Thanks to the flexibility of the four arms, I can easily fix and secure the phone in the body of the holder, which seems to be solid.
