But what is incomprehensible and unacceptable is the state in which the disc arrived. The top metal cover of the disc is visibly battered in several places and the disc must have suffered some pretty solid bumps in transit. I'm beginning to understand why Synology wants to control what its customers put in their NASes as drives.
