Reasonable price/performance ratio (relative to other options on the market)
Long-term reliability (at least in my experience)
The fences are spinning: )
Insufficient HDD packaging. The disk was only in an electrostatic bag, which was also ruptured by improper handling, i.e. the atmosphere has escaped, possible access of moisture and dust, etc.
It would require at least a cheap cardboard box and an electrostatic bag at the same time.
