It fits into an external USB frame, has a height of 7 mm as stated in the product parameters. In the discussion someone pointed out that it has more height, but I confirm that my disc is 7 mm.
The first time I plugged a disc in an external drive into my laptop, the disc did not appear in explorer. It needs to be initialized in Disk Management and formatted initially. Nothing unusual, the instructions are on the internet.
