The disk was divided into two sectors, one of which could not be activated, we had to download a program that could handle it. It was supposed to be an unboxed item not a used one, so hopefully it's ok. I don't know why alza just wrapped it in foil and threw it in a box when it was unused goods should have been a box and documentation.
