Slightly bend the swivel part that only acts as a clip on this, then try to get it onto the other part of the USB. The metal has "memory" - it returns to its previous position. No problem since I did (about a year and a half ago). The USB works great, I have 2x512GB, I'm currently ordering 1TB - movies: D
I used it for the first time today after 2 months since purchase and I am disappointed. Extremely slow to write and overheats horribly. For 600Kč (how much it cost back then) I would have expected something more.
He's a piece of shit. It gets so hot you can't even touch it. When it overheats, the extra metal sleeve expands and the disc falls out. It's a waste of money.
The flash drive gets really hot after just connecting to any device. I don't even care that the disk will eventually blow up, but destroying the port/board in my PC/MACU/iPad is not worth it.
A total blast, the USB-C is 8.2mm long so both the phone and tablet can be in the case and doesn't have to be removed like most flash drives. I recommend you put it on a lanyard, it's quite small.
I'll try the USB-C connector on another device and if I find that it's not really a problem on my side I'll try to claim it.
