I was almost looking forward to the washing machine - based on the marketing description and the reviews. A surprise, but an unpleasant one. Washing machine from the beginning very noisy, having it e.g. in the kitchen - impossible, every splash is audible, a constant rumbling noise unfortunately even with higher tones. In addition, it heats up a lot when drying, not much in summer. Control - a tragic puzzle for hours of trial and error. Sympathetically minimalist controls, but very illogical in that way, you definitely can't count on install and wash, or just trial and error. For the elders, I think, unthinkable. If you ask the AI on the PC to help you decipher and interpret the instructions, it makes up nonsense and finally admits that it doesn't understand the instructions and just "types" - for example, where to put which product, why the same drawer of the drawer says "fabric softener" and "detergent", how to turn on or off "automatic dosing", what if I want to wash with powder or tablet - zero info. Which symbol to hold long and which to hold short? After a few hours it can be partially understood, but it is hard to say if it is correct when even the AI does not know. For example, the washing machine can hold up to 11kg of laundry. You put 5 in and it reports some kind of error message - something like drum blockage and "service must be contacted", you take out the part (already wet, of course) and it continues to work. The AI never gets the laundry right, it determines how much laundry it will take and whether or not it will finish the wash - i.e. whether or not it will dry the load - every wash is an escape game with an uncertain outcome. You put the washing in with the drying overnight and surprise in the morning - the washing machine is stuck, it won't dry until you take a load out (even if you have less than 5kg of laundry in it), you never know what it will acknowledge and what it won't. After many attempts, it can be adapted somehow - e.g. by giving half the laundry than declared in the advertisement and when you set everything up preferably manually, which is not easy to find out how. Definitely not something to rely on. We expected relief, but the opposite happened - noise, heating instead of a relaxing wash and uncertain results. This has failed.
