We have had the fridge for a short time but so far everything works as it should. It is quite high so if you have smaller children they will need steps.
The first time I turned it on I was startled when the fridge started beeping loudly.

A very bad experience, also due to the size of the goods and complications with shipping (which Alza but resolved excellently within the complaint and arranged everything), in something maybe bad luck on the piece, but something probably a series error or a general problem with Samsung refrigerators. My first experience in this segment and I'm disappointed because otherwise I'm not familiar with the product. Samsung has not had a problem (TV, mobile etc. ).
Wi-Fi - possibility to connect with the app on the mobile phone (unfortunately not tested in practice due to the damaged piece)
The volume of the refrigerator
The fridge arrived damaged - scratches on the back and the door inside, the packaging is intact, probably a defect of the piece from the factory
The vegetable drawer scrubs when pulling out and stands up when retracting - cannot be pushed with one hand, must be pushed in multiple places to retract back - same behaviour when subsequently "checked" in a brick-and-mortar store as with other and more expensive Samsung models
