The only hitch occurred when connecting the iPhone 15 Pro. The phone won't start charging from any port, tested with different combinations of cables and ports - it doesn't matter if the charging cable is an Apple original or not, USB-C/C or A/C. The iPad and other iPhone types (up to 15 series) charge without a problem.
Does not make annoying noises when charging like some other chargers
