They don't get stuck.
It doesn't fit well in my left ear - maybe anatomically? Even after changing the plugs.
The controls are not very practical. In addition, in combination with a Lenovo tablet, you can't turn up the volume, only turn it down - to protect your health. So I doubt it'll be used as a hands-free.
Not much music for a lot of money!
