Yes, they are worse in less-than-ideal lighting conditions, but for normal use and non-professional photos, they are more than sufficient. I had to buy a new wireless charger, because my 4-year-old original Samsung one wasn't able to charge the phone quietly and quickly, plus the phone was overheating extremely despite being positioned correctly.
