The first thing that surprised me on these sunny days is the excellent readability of the display. The watch is packed with features – ECG measurement, blood oxygen (SpO2), and even blood pressure. I upgraded to the Galaxy Watch 9 from the Galaxy Watch 6. There's definitely a noticeable improvement in lots of things. The display is beautifully clear. The system is smooth and fast. Great connection with my Samsung S25 Ultra phone (the ability to control the camera from your wrist). Battery life is good so far, lasts about 1.5 days. What I'm quite annoyed about is the charger compatibility. I had chargers everywhere, but with the GW9, only the original charger that came with the watch will charge it.

As always, well-made, and the ergonomics of the small model are perfect. The protective film was applied acceptably by the seller, but you could probably do a better job yourself. The Galaxy Watch9 is light, thin, and very comfortable on the wrist. The controls are responsive (as you'd expect with a 3nm chip), we'll see how often it needs restarting. Still no dedicated torch, but 3000 nits will probably solve most situations. It gets as warm as the Watch8 when charging, but at least the chargers are compatible.
