The sound of these headphones is very good, shame it has so much bass. The ANC works quite decently in my opinion, the slight hiss didn't bother me, but unfortunately it doesn't filter out wind. It doesn't have BT multipoint, so after every use with a PC you have to manually reconnect to your mobile, a pointless restriction just to make you use Samsung devices. The app is probably OK, there are some settings in there. The controls on the headphones aren't pleasant and unfortunately you can't change their settings. Switching ANC/ambient mode was practically impossible in practice, but you could learn how to control the on/off and volume after some time. With a big discount on Alza and considering the sound quality, I would have been able to overcome all the negatives, but what couldn't be overcome is the design of the case = after opening the case, they are difficult to get out because there is little space between the lid, but mainly, they are rotated 180 degrees compared to the position you put them in your ears. So every time you take them out/put them away, you have to rotate them in your fingers the exact opposite way. I couldn't cope with this, returned.

I switched to these earphones from the OnePlus Buds 3, which had Bluetooth 5.3. And even though Samsung has the newer and therefore 'better' version 5.4, something unprecedented has happened. The range is worse by several metres. It has already happened a few times that, for some unknown reason, they stopped transmitting audio from my mobile for a second, even though I was at home and the phone was lying next to me on the table.
The controls are somewhat ill-conceived due to the slanted surfaces of the earphone stems, but you only fully realise this during daily use.
But so I'm not just hating on them, I have to praise the design, the excellent ANC and the sound.
Decent ANC
Good sound
Impractical to operate due to the angled shape of the legs.
The sound cuts out for a second occasionally
Worse range compared to the competition, despite the Bluetooth specifications.
