All components of the assembly are easy to assemble because the joints are robust and conical. By the same token, cleaning is easy, as you will encounter almost no deep corners. The workspace is jokingly enclosed so nothing else gets dirty. The advantage is also the hopper in the axis of the knife (large diameter). This eliminates pressure in the direction of the knife rotation and sudden loss of balance when grating (especially soft ingredients). This makes the machine quieter when working.
