absolutely no work with it (salted, fried, fried in a pan and put in a pot - about 20 minutes complete) and the success was unexpectedly great even with a large remcal
I measured the temperature inside the pot after about an hour and it was about 70 degrees, but after another hour the temperature must have risen because the water started to bubble - I don't know how "slow" cooking it really was - but I don't care, the food was divine and absolutely workless, the diners were clapping
