The only steam mop on the tiles, and that's because of the dogs in the apartment. That's why I'm keeping the device and not returning it.
Who wants a multifunctional device, t. j. perfect vacuum cleaner, steam mop, steam cleaner not all possible surfaces in all rooms in the apartment, so do not buy this overpriced device! The device is heavy, difficult to handle, sucks poorly. The power cord weaves under your feet in one piece, it's to beat.
Various brushes and other trinkets are ineffective. I have tried them, using them is time consuming and the result is miserable.
I bought this additive based on the excellent reviews on your site and now I am quite disappointed with the overall result.

Sheer enthusiasm. Now the cleaning has been reduced by half. Very easy to handle, perfect cleaning.
A little heavier when lifted, but I don't feel the extra weight when cleaning, perfectly fine.

I haven't found anything yet after almost a month of use
perhaps only a higher noise level when the vacuum is switched on, but this is a feature of the design and is balanced by the compactness of the device (it is at the level of similarly designed vacuum cleaners)
