We haven't even tried the vacuum cleaner once. The first time it arrived, obviously unpacked, I was left wondering how it was packed. We assembled the whole set and found that the stand had screws torn out at the bottom and was unable to hold the vacuum cleaner straight. We asked for a claim and a new one came the next day. This time it looked normally wrapped. We unpacked just the stand and found the exact same defect, the bottom part had the screws ripped out, I didn't even try to assemble the rest. Vacuum cleaner untested, I can not evaluate how it vacuums. However, the stand's rating doesn't even deserve that one star. First time complaint, second time return, I lost confidence. Both in Rowent and Alzu.
