I chose Rowenta when buying a vacuum cleaner & mop in one as a quality brand and a guarantee of certain quality. A bad contact during installation meant a connection failure and for a while it looked like a complaint, but eventually everything clicked and the vacuum cleaner works well to my satisfaction. It might just be better to use a little more water so that the wiping is more thorough and streak-free, but maybe it will "wash out" over time.

I am absolutely satisfied with the Rowenta floor cleaner I had a Leifheit before and the difference is really big. The vacuum cleaner is quiet, really powerful and washes beautifully really high praise and the price is great too.

Apparently, you cannot buy a hepa filter separately, which will be the first to go and through its clogging the air from the vacuum cleaner will start to smell. Everything else can be bought separately, just not the hepa filter. If I had found this out beforehand, I wouldn't have bought the product because the hepa filter lasted about 5 months or after a year I would have to buy a set of accessories that I don't need just because of the hepa filter. I don't mind buying accessories but I do mind buying something I don't need.
So far, so good. Super product and functionality great compared to the previous KLUMP for much more money
