After two years of use and maybe 10 disconnections/connections, the connector broke off. The connector remained in the PC and the pins with the plastic cover were left hanging on the cable. The whole thing was probably held together only by the flimsy plastic cover of the connector.
Worked without problems
The plastic connector cover looks very cheap.
