I have washed the cooking plate multiple times, heated them up and then washed them again- multiple times. Yet, when I cook food in this device, the food tasts like metal. My tongue is tingling, throat is sore and stomach is upset. After the first time that happened, I heated & washed the plates 3 more times. It still happened again! It isn't safe to eat anything cooked with this! Don't waste your money and risk your health with this machine.
